I am currently a Masters student at Boston University's Department of Computer Science. I attained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Engineering from University of Toronto, in Canada.
Prior to joining Boston University for Masters degree, I worked a number of years in various industries. I was a Senior Applications Engineer at MathWorks, helping users around the world from various industries use MATALB & Simulink to design complex controls and embedded systems. I also worked at a software consulting firm, a startup, with less than 10 engineers, building prototypes for rapid product development. I also have an extensive experience in aerospace industry working as a Systems Design Engineer at Honeywell Aerospace. I had the chance to be part of teams that designed and developed power distribution and management systems, and environmental control systems for the most largest and complex aircrafts around the world that are flying today.
My research interests lie in artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, distributed systems, control systems and systems engineering.
